Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with the original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Sale and discounted items: Sale and discounted clothing items are also eligible for return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the same unused, unworn, unwashed, tags and packaging requirements.
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer.
