Siblingx is a Pakistan-based clothing brand offering casualwear, oversized T-shirts, polo shirts, embroidered hoodies and other apparel.

We aim to display product descriptions, sizes, colors and prices accurately.

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings.

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We reserve the right to update product prices and offers. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed at an agreed price.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered within Pakistan where available at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

• Standard delivery charges: Rs. 200 per order.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather or other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving an order.

To qualify, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Sale and discounted items are also eligible under the same conditions.

Customers must contact Siblingx before sending any return.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through bank transfer after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund approval is subject to the eligibility conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits applicable consumer rights under Pakistani law.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photographs.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

The Siblingx name, branding, website content, graphics and product photographs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our original materials commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Website Use

Customers must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, provide intentionally false order details or interfere with website security.

We may refuse or cancel fraudulent orders, subject to applicable law.

Our online store uses Shopify and may rely on third-party services for order processing and delivery.
