Prices, Payment and Orders
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). We may update prices and product information. Placing an order is a request to purchase; fulfillment depends on availability, accurate order details and verification where needed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in Pakistan. Our standard shipping charge is Rs. 200 and is shown at checkout.
Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan, with estimated delivery of 3–5 working days. These delivery times are estimates and may vary. Read our Shipping Policy for more details.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Return and exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery for eligible unused, unworn and unwashed items with original tags and packaging. Approved refunds are made by bank transfer. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.
Sale and discounted items: Sale and discounted clothing items are also eligible for return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the same unused, unworn, unwashed, tags and packaging requirements.
Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
Please do not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity, submit false orders, or interfere with store security or functionality. Siblingx branding, original graphics, product photographs and other owned content may not be reproduced without permission except as permitted by law.
