At Siblingx, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, starting from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
Sale and discounted items are also eligible under the same conditions.

How to Request a Return

Email Siblingxclothing2@gmail.com with your order number, product details and reason for return.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Include your order number and photographs so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. Items must meet the return eligibility conditions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer, including eligible Cash on Delivery orders. Our team will provide the necessary instructions.
